I have been making these stuffed turkey burgers for years now. I’m not really sure why I haven’t posted them before. The recipe has evolved over time and I feel like I have it right where I want it.

On Monday’s I grocery shop and usually spend the rest of my day in the kitchen prepping everything that I can for the week. My kitchen always looks like a bomb went off by Monday night. I try to include one meal each week that can be frozen so I always have a few dishes in the freezer so I can get a night off from cooking. If bacon and cheese weren’t enough, these stuffed turkey burgers freeze really well which makes me love them even more.
